Welcome to our Rosedale Harvard Gulch Neighborhood Association website. Our organization was formed in 2010 to bring our community members together and to share information. Our goal is to provide opportunities to participate in community events, offer your opinions and collaborate with your neighbors to further build and develop this great neighborhood we call home.
Membership is free! Everyone who lives, works or plays within our borders is part of the Neighborhood Association. We host General Membership meetings four times per year (February, May, August (picnic) and November), distribute an informative neighborhood newsletter four times per year (February, May, August and November) and send out periodic Email Newsflashes.
Our Board meets eight times per year (January, March, April, June, July, September, October, and December). Everyone is invited to attend our meetings and participate in how we shape our association.
The Email Newsflashes contain pertinent neighborhood information and are a great way to stay informed with what is going on in our community. Please fill out the form below or email communication@rhgna.org to join our Email list.

Inter Neighborhood Cooperation - INC
We are a registered, active RNO with the City of Denver. However, our association does not take positions on issues. Our mission is to help our neighbors be informed so that you can become involved, if warranted.
We participate in Denver's Inter Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) organization's meetings to stay informed of city-wide happenings, but we don't vote on issues.

Where are we?
The Rosedale neighborhood is located in South Central Denver, and is bordered by South Broadway Blvd. to the West, South Downing St. to the East, East Evans Ave. to the North and East Yale Ave. to the South.
Homes in Rosedale consist of some early 1900’s Victorians, 1920’s bungalows, 40’s Tudors, 50’s ranches and new construction. The area is mostly single family detached homes, with some duplexes and multi-family homes sprinkled in. Our neighborhood enjoys great, walkable access to restaurants, shopping and services on Broadway, Evans and Downing. Don't forget Old South Pearl Street just a few blocks north. In the summer, spend some time at the Old Pearl Street Farmers Market on Sundays, 9a - 1p. Just to our east is the University of Denver with its performing arts center and athletic events.
We have great access to the Light Rail (walk to Evans Station or hop on the 0 Bus to Broadway Station) with easy, convenient travel to downtown, Mineral Station, Mile High Stadium, Pepsi Center and Golden. Our closest B-cycle bike rental station is on the DU campus at 2141 E. Evans Ave.
